Those who need health care throughout the world have been conditioned to a stress inducing, culturally insensitive and disempowering model of delivery. This in itself destabilizes immune function. In the environment of climate crisis and pandemic conditions we have the opportunity to reclaim the birthright of respectful healthcare.
Free to Heal is a bottom-up structure that engages parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, healthcare providers, and all conscious individuals aware of the need for a change in our understanding and experience of healthcare. Free to Heal is a culturally sensitive, empowering approach that transmits tested interventions, many of which have their origins in traditional wisdoms. It is a trauma informed community-based paradigm.
This series develops a FREE TO HEAL community-based session that all participants are actively engaged in, either as direct recipients or supportive community members.
