This workbook is designed to spur mastery in how TARA practitioners and teachers deliver resources to others. It includes exercises to encourage leadership awareness.  It heightens an understanding of how to evaluate the capacity of recipients to absorb TARA Approach interventions. It shows you how to identify your blind spots in terms of effectiveness and bring light to the shadow side of human interaction in the healing context. When you are a leader in the healing arts you are exposed to projections and disturbances, confusions and manipulations that are frequently unconscious but nevertheless damaging. Your capacity to stay on course and to name negative forces and prevent them from interrupting the flow of healing is a key to success and ease. This workbook can be used by anyone who wants to be a leader in transmitting health resources but it is especially aimed at those using the TARA Approach either as a stand-alone modality or in combination with other paradigms. The workbook exercises promote self-awareness and reflection to clear internal obstacles to empowerment for practitioners and teachers.
