Dr. Rosaria Gracia. PhD, SFHE, PGCE, MA
Certified TARA Approach Practitioner
Rosaria first encountered the TARA Approach in 2022. She was captivated by the links between Western and Eastern medicine. She was taken with how embryological development provides a template to support wellness for the rest of our lives. She quickly immersed herself in the study of the system, practising self-care daily, which led to her becoming a TARA Practitioner.
Rosaria is a dance artist, GYROTONIC (R)/GYROKINESIS (R) trainer, university lecturer and researcher who brings her creativity, curiosity and pursuit of knowledge to the understanding of the mind-body connection. She is particularly interested in nervous system regulation and the opportunities that the TARA Approach offers for everyone to be able to adopt this preventative and curative self-care practice.
As a teacher, she is pragmatic and visionary in equal measure. She observes, listens and responds to participants, tuning into their needs and abilities. Her motivation is to work with the principle of differentiation through which we learn about our interactions with the collective. Rosaria explores this with individuals and groups in an embodied and connected way, so that a sense of wellness is kept and resilience is cultivated.
Rosaria is based in Brighton, UK and is available for in-person or remote consultations. She is on the path to becoming a TARA Approach Self-Care Teacher.
