Determined to transmit the compelling aspects of the TARA Approach to her global student body, Dr. Stephanie Mines has organized four classes in April to deepen the wisdom practices of reading bioelectricity through pulse listening and the Rediscovery Journey™. A special feature of this four-part series is listening to one’s own pulses for self-care. This is perhaps the most empowering practice ever developed to prevent burnout, projection, misunderstanding and traumatization.
