The TARA Approach is a clinically tested paradigm that fuses Eastern and Western medicines. Developed by Dr. Stephanie Mines, TARA incorporates Neuroscience, Energy Medicine and Pre and Perinatal Psychology. It has a strong self-care basis and is remarkably easy to translate for individuals, families and healing in community. TARA provides a reliable and effective way to repattern coping mechanisms, habits and behaviour at a deep energetic level. While Dr. Mines began her investigations with a focus on trauma, what she has developed actually takes us beyond trauma to wholeness. The empowering selfcare emphasis is actually traditional to the energy medicine in TARA that is called Jin Shin, the Art of Compassion. You can always book treatment to support your healing journey, but what really deepens transformation is learning how to treat yourself. This July, Peter Heard, a primary member of the TARA Faculty, offers a series of programs on his home turf In Taranaki to support you to move beyond trauma with the TARA Approach.
The TARA Approach is unique in its ability to shift entrenched shock and promote the resolution of traumatic experiences. TARA awakens and enlivens innate healing potential and shows you how to do this for yourself throughout your lifetime. To practice TARA, one does not require magical hands! Everyone has the capacity to awaken their own resilience through unburdening whatever has burdened them by touching into original, authentic brilliance. The TARA Approach accompanies you on a gentle and personally relevant healing journey.
