The TARA Foundations series is a clinically tested paradigm. Developed by Dr. Stephanie Mines, author of We Are All in Shock: Energy Healing for Traumatic Times, it is THE somatic mind-body system meant to meet the Great Turning. As crisis accelerates and systems dissolve around us, the TARA Approach helps you build your center, your midline, and awakens your voice for our living earth.
Participants receive:
Individual guidance in learning regenerative health protocols;
Orientation towards the art of pulse listening and Five Element assessment;
Texts, handouts and charts that support embodied learning;
Three mature, wise and experienced facilitators who engage personally and dynamically;
A community that meets online and in a dedicated Mighty Networks community center;
Applications for all ages and learning styles, including pediatric protocols; and
The opportunity to become a TARA Approach Certified Practitioner.

This program is co-facilitated by TARA Founder Dr. Stephanie Mines, Certified TARA Foundations Teacher Peter Heard, and Certified TARA Self-Care Teacher Michele Wilcox.
Tuition Fees include The Self-Care, Book 1, Book 2 and Energetic Pathways texts, as well as hand-outs and charts.
The TARA faculty promotes a dynamic, engaged online delivery that is interactive, personalized, safe and FUN. Classes are online, and recordings are available to everyone who registers – you can participate in the series by recording if you cannot make all the dates. You will also gain access to our online platform used for further discussion and conversation with your fellow course-mates and teachers.
