TARA Approach students at the 2017 Advanced Essence and Empowerment course asked for a continuation in 2018 of the TARA Approach to Ending Shame and Addiction. Using neuroscience to comprehend the patterns of satisfaction and compensation that are thwarted by trauma, TARA Founder Stephanie Mines developed language and energy medicine protocols that shift habituation of all kinds. As we enter the era of accelerated climate change we are called by Gaia to step into the full power of who we are and act in our own unique and collective ways to stand for the Earth and the children of the future, as well as all the creatures and beings of our blessed Natural World. To support this movement into a New Story of who we are individually and together this course focuses on ending old patterns of shame and addiction gracefully and thoroughly. This workshop is open to those who have absorbed TARA’s Foundations and are ready to inhabit their soul’s essence and be free of the entanglements of the past. ADVANCED ESSENCE AND EMPOWERMENT is a highly experiential and emergent threshold dance that incorporates hands-on energy medicine practice with expressive and creative events that free us on the spot and in the moment to be our full selves.
