The TARA Approach for the Resolution of Shock and Trauma transmits masterful ways of assessing, using somatic tools, the contents, qualities and characteristics of early experience. Students with a basic understanding of the TARA Approach can elevate their skills to tap into the mysteries that are stored cellularly and within connective tissue. Facilitator and TARA Founder Dr. Stephanie Mines has researched somatic memory for over three decades. She has tested her approach clinically and documented her findings in articles and books, including her most recent, The Secret of Resilience.
Those who have already experienced the Self-Care and Module One TARA programs, can advance significantly in this program by learning:
How to read energy pulse textures that reveal the process of embryogenesis;
Observation skills that help identify hallmark events from early life;
Language that elicits awareness and follows sensory reports;
Attunement to self and other to enhance the way we value sensory reporting;
Templates for verifying events from early life; and
Resolving approaches that reframe overwhelming experience and emphasize resources.
