In a world of constant, debilitating shock, the TARA Approach offers skillful means to resolve personal and collective wounding in ways that illuminate as well as heal.
— Jean Houston

Activate your unique blueprint of wholeness that holds you at core. Melt obstructions to the natural flow of vitality by touching specific fields of resonance on the body to awaken innate immune and nervous system resilience. These are the gifts of the TARA Approach Self-Care program.

The practices you learn for self-care can also be shared in service to family and friends, including protocols for children and animals.

This course stands on its own to orient you to a lifetime of self-care. It is also the FIRST in the TARA Foundations Series; It enables you to continue to the next levels AND for deeper immersion in the system. It introduces you to your body’s marvelous ability to re-member health. Regenerative hands-on applications awaken nervous system and whole-being balance. They provide the resilience that strengthens and builds as it is shared in community.

This course is for anyone seeking to optimize innate potential, including grand/parents, therapists, bodyworkers, healthcare practitioners, caregivers and all wounded healers. During these times of accelerating stress, the TARA Approach is your friend in finding secure, reliable self-regulation, regeneration and resilience.

Follow your body’s wisdom to:

  • Recharge and recover from burnout;

  • Firm up boundaries and sense of purpose;

  • Re-balance your nervous system toward greater resilience;

  • Assimilate difficult emotions and open to greater joy and creative expression; and

  • Embody vitality, confidence, courage, and clarity in appropriate action.

 The Self-Care program was so gentle, inviting and safe It was meaningful to me that I had so many actual experiences during the workshop. The genuine invitation to engage was palpable. The dynamism of the workshop cultivated an approach of exploration that only continues.  I am truly grateful for the entire experience.
