Women on the path to personal sovereignty, embodiment and leadership explore how they absorb the grief of others. This is often a mother-daughter theme. In this women-only series we will look at the neuroscience behind how this grief is stored in memory systems. We will also experience how to upgrade that database. We decode the processes by which emotional absorption from others occurs from as early as prenatal life--and dive into the transmutation of grief that is key to joyous, embodied leadership.
Our meetings will utilize somatic and expressive interventions as well as in-depth demonstrations that model authentic repatterning. With these resources, skilled guidance, and the support of community, your nervous system will discover the blueprint for what makes differentiation and individuation from the grief of others possible.
This is the fifth in a series of women's empowerment programs ignited by Project Drawdown's inspirational research linking women’s leadership to radical carbon drawdown. Our intention is to lift up the capacity of every woman to lead from her midline, her core, in her own unique manner. This is co-creative climate activism.
This series is facilitated by Dr. Stephanie Mines, author of We Are All in Shock: Energy Healing for Traumatic Times and the vision holder for Climate Change & Consciousness. Dr. Mines uses the lens of our climate crisis, which includes the COVID pandemic, as a transformational force in the creation of a more beautiful world, led by women.
