TARA Community Cafe August

  • the TARA approach 4050 Southeast Hosner Terrace Gresham, OR, 97080 (map)

This community cafe is an informal Zoom space to meet others who are using TARA in their lives as practitioners or as self-care. The TARA Café is a space to share and ask questions about TARA, meet TARA practitioners and students from around the world, and deepen relationships within our community. Each cafe last for 1 hr and 15 mins

As these are a series of global gatherings across multiple timelines and daylight savings zones there is a time conversion site you can use to make sure we arrive at the same time! https://savvytime.com/converter/ . (There is also times converted below - we recommend you use the Savvy website to confirm the correct time).

These gatherings are designed for everyone who has attended a TARA program at any level, whether in-person or online. Dr. Mines does not attend these gatherings unless we invite her specifically. This is so that we can explore how we, as practitioners and students, find our own answers to our questions and learn to build resources independently. Stephanie completely endorses these gatherings and loves to hear debriefs about them. She is delighted to encourage the agency and curiosity of her students about the remarkable system she has assembled and that evolves alongside community feedback.

Cost: Optional $10 (USD) donation- any donation helps further the mission of the TARA organisation. Those who cannot donate are also welcome. Donations can be made here:

To register, contact host and facilitator Peter Heard, an Advanced TARA Practitioner and Self Care Teacher. Upon registering, you are invited to submit questions, offerings, themes, topics, or requests that will be woven into the gathering.
